Members of the governing Board of Trustees are Denise Bontrager, Michael Dale, Bret Doerring, Shelly Fitzgerald, Pat Foote, Jeff Holschuh, Gary Kirchhoff, Chantelle Lundberg, Hilary Montalvo, Sarah Patterson, Bill Peters, Kaycie Shea, Marilyn Terlouw, and Jana Van Genderen.  Two students from Newton Senior High School (one junior and one senior) serve as Advisory Trustees.

Current officers are President Hilary Montalvo, Vice President Chantelle Lundberg, Secretary Denise Bontrager, and Treasurer Gary Kirchhoff.
